Payments

At this time, we accept 2 main forms of payments listed below:

  1. Payments are accepted through Paypal-

Please note Paypal is our preferred form of payment. Paypal provides a comprehensive buyers protection program that protects buyers from fraud. You can now make payments via Paypal using your bank account, credit cards or debit cards with or without an active Paypal user account.

  1. Payments are accepted through bank transfer-

You can choose to make bank transfer payment to either one of our bank accounts based in Singapore or Thailand. Please proceed to checkout and select bank transfer as your form of payment. After order is submitted, we will then email you information about our bank account details.

Shipping + Handling

All orders are packed and shipped within 3 days upon receipt of payment. Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail worldwide from Bangkok Thailand. All Air Mail shipping is free, so there’s no additional fees added for shipping during checkout. When your package is shipped, we will email you your tracking # so you can track your shipment online.

If you prefer to ship via EMS (Express Mail Shipping), then a small fee of 20 SGD will be applied. You can select EMS shipping during checkout and fees will be added automatically.

If you prefer to ship via FedEX, UPS, DHL or any other shipping methods, please get in touch with us before proceeding to checkout. We will arrange your shipping according to your request.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with shipping carrier.

Returns

We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee program for all our customers. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the product you receive, you can return them back to us for a refund for any reason. Please note that all product has to be shipped back to us postmarked within 1 week of receiving our package, and they have to be in unworn and original condition to qualify for a refund. The refunding amount will be the full amount less a 10% handling charge.

If you are making a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please file for a refund by filling out our refund form located on the website and submit. Please make special note that refunds have to be filed within 3 days upon the receipt of our shipment for you to qualify for a refund.
  2. Once we review and confirm your refund please ship the package back to us. The return shipment of the item must be within 1 week of receipt of our shipment. The item has to be in its original and unworn state for you to qualify for a refund.
  3. When we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the product and issue an approval accordingly if all our return polices have been followed.

  2. WE GUARANTEE THAT all amulets are without repairs, refurbishment or unnecessary decorations.
  3. WE GUARANTEE a lifetime full money back refund for items that are proven otherwise.
